GIRLS RENTAL EQUIPMENT INCLUDES A STICK AND GOGGLES. MOUTH GUARDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR $1.50 THIS IS ALL THE EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO PLAY GIRLS LACROSSE Girls Equipment Rental Rental Agreement I agree that if rented equipment is not returned to Cool Stick in good usable condition (we expect normal wear and tear) within 2 weeks of the last day of the session Cool Stick may process my Credit Card as payment for purchased equipment. . Sticks are $125 & Goggles are $30. Total $155 - $35 = $120 will be charged to the card. Equipment can be returned or shipped to Cool Stick at 1733 Shire Court, Wheaton, IL 60189. If the equipment is not returned to us within 2 weeks of the last day of the session we will charge your credit card for the full amount of the equipment. PURCHASE OPTION - If you decide to purchase equipment from Cool Stick you will receive your rental fee as a credit of $35 toward the purchase price. Call Cool Stick and we will provide a certificate number to use towards your purchase. The certificate is only good to the renters purchase and is not transferrable to anyone outside your own household.
