1. What does the warranty cover/not cover? CoolStick Lacrosse will replace any head or shaft due to manufacturers defect under normal play. CoolStick will not cover sticks that are broken by being run over by a car, sword fights with your stick, slamming your stick to the ground in anger, etc. This warranty does NOT cover normal Wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal play, wear or aging. Worn Strings, shaft chips, coating peels, etc. are not covered. Custom strung sticks can NOT be returned. Please note: computer rendering of colors can be different than the actual color you will receive. We will make every effort to make you happy with your purchase.
2. What is the period of coverage? Your shaft and head are covered within 1 year from date of purchase. You must have a copy of this warranty or receipt of purchase.
3. What will CoolStick do to correct problems? CoolStick will repair or replace the shaft or head for free and will pay for the return shipping to you. We will make every effort to make you happy with your purchase.
4. How can the customer get warranty service? Call 630-222-8009 or email, firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and notify CoolStick of the problem. Send the shaft or head or both to

If the shaft or head is under warranty CoolStick will get a new head or shaft to you within 14 business days of receipt of your shaft/head/stick at the above address.
