Your 100% satisfaction is our goal! 

CoolStick warrants that its lacrosse heads and shafts will be free from defects during normal use for 1 YEAR/12 months from the date of the original retail purchase.

1.  What does the warranty cover/not cover? CoolStick Lacrosse will replace any head or shaft due to manufacturers defect under normal play. CoolStick will not cover sticks that are broken by being run over by a car, sword fights with your stick, slamming your stick to the ground in anger, etc. This warranty does NOT cover normal Wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal play, wear or aging. Worn Strings, stringing components are not covered by any warranty policy, shaft chips, coating peels, etc. are not covered. Custom strung heads/sticks CAN NOT be returned. Please note: computer rendering of colors can be different than the actual color you will receive.  We will make every effort to make you happy with your purchase. 
2.  What is the period of coverage? Your shaft and head are covered within 1 year from the date of purchase. You must have filed a copy of the warranty card or receipt of purchase.
3. What will CoolStick do to correct problems? CoolStick warrants, upon receipt and approval of your return, will repair or replace head/shaft of the same model. CoolStick reserves the right to provide substitutions based on product availability. Intentional alterations to heads such as dyeing, melting, pinching or bending will void the warranty on all CoolStick heads.

 CoolStick will repair or replace the shaft or head for free and will pay for the return shipping to you. We will make every effort to make you happy with your purchase. 

4. How can the customer get warranty service? Call 630-222-8009 or email, [email protected] or [email protected] and notify CoolStick of the problem. Send the shaft or head or both to

CoolStick 1733 Shire Court, Wheaton, IL 60189. 

If the shaft or head is under warranty CoolStick will get a new head or shaft to you within 14 business days of receipt of your shaft/head/stick at the above address.
